Valeria and Vincenzo’s wedding at Tenuta Armonia in Clavesana
Valeria and Vincenzo are a young couple of dentists who, at the beginning of this summer, decided to confirm their eternal love at Tenuta Armonia in Clavesana, in the heart of the Langhe.
One of the many reasons why I madly love my work (and photography in general) is the ability to express the personality and feelings of my subjects through a lens. Stopping time, locking up those moments of happiness forever inside a “piece of paper”, but also showing those who will become part of our future life what we once were, without hiding any details.
Valeria and Vincenzo’s wedding at Tenuta Armonia allowed me to experiment, to play with the camera. I tried in every way to best represent the personality of these two young spouses, among the liveliest and craziest I have ever met.
Tenuta Armonia in Clavesana. A dreamy place immersed in the Langhe
Once upon a time, Tenuta Armonia was a convent. This place, located far from the chaos of the city and completely surrounded by greenery, is located in a small flat area completely surrounded by the Langhe. From here you can not only admire a breathtaking and incredible panorama, but you can also almost savor a bit of the rural tranquility that characterized it until a few centuries ago.
The architectural complex of Tenuta Armonia includes the presence of a small consecrated church, consistent with what was the function of this structure some time ago.
This peculiarity, combined with the incredible beauty of this place, makes it the perfect place to celebrate your wedding.
At Tenuta Armonia, in Clavesana, the newlyweds can experience every moment of their most beautiful day: from the ceremony in the church, to the reception, the cutting of the cake and the celebrations with the guests, all immersed in a unique and enchanting atmosphere.
The thousand colors of Valeria and Vincenzo’s wedding
When I saw the bride and groom and the wedding location for the first time, I admit I was breathless.
Valeria and Vincenzo, when the time came to get married, said to each other “No, we will not use neutral colors for this wedding“.
From the flowers placed next to the chairs to those that made up the bride’s bouquet, of a thousand different and vibrant colours, up to the colored tablecloths in the reception room (with a unique centerpiece based on the color of your table), their wedding is It was a kaleidoscope of emotions.
For the photographic set of their wedding, in addition to taking advantage of the wonderful landscape of the Langhe, I tried to capture the exuberant and joyful personality of the spouses as much as possible. A small yellow flower placed in the groom’s buttonhole, the rainbow bouquet in Valeria’s hands, their incredible smiles.
In this photo book, there were no “simple”, banal or ritual photos. Just a great riot of colors and celebration!
