When I have the opportunity to do post-wedding shoots, also called trash the dress or rock the frock, I’m always so excited. Imagine how elated I was when these guys proposed a romantic but adventurous getaway to the mountains as an idea!
Adventurous couple session in the Alps
We chose the Piedmont mountains as our destination but nothing was left to chance: the mountains are already not an easy destination, imagine dressed as a wedding couple and with photographic equipment on you. We chose to venture onto the paths above Sampeyre, a town in the Varaita Valley, enchanting and uncontaminated places, where finding magical places is still fortunately easy.
After a short journey we found the point that was best for us and we stopped and there we managed to recreate the magic we needed: natural and spontaneous shots in a wonderful location where nature recreated what the couple wanted to take home , a timeless memory that you can have hanging on your walls, a memory that symbolizes their eternal love in an environment that is familiar to them.

Shooting a trash the dress or rock the frock in my region is easy: there are many scenarios to exploit, from the vineyards of the Langhe to the beautiful lakes of Orta or Maggiore, from the rolling hills of Monferrato to cities like Turin or Asti. However, we often don’t consider the mountains that offer scenarios like these that we see in this service: they are easily usable in summer where the beauty of flowering meadows and paths makes the photographs very peculiar or you can consider the idea of ​​particular shots with snow-capped peaks even in winter.
